Refund policy

We stand behind the ManHand with a 30-day guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to start a return

Email headhoncho@getmanhand.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions. No forms, no interrogation.

Conditions

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items should be returned in their original condition. Normal handling and wear from use is expected and accepted — that is what it is for.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive email confirmation when it is processed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, complete a return and place a new order — it is the fastest path.
